• 1-year warranty on all mosquito trap models currently sold.
  • Spare parts sold separately (e.g. UVA lamps, mosquito attractant, grids, ballasts, motors, fan blades) carry no warranty. If a spare part arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 7 days under our Return/Exchange Policy.
  • The warranty does not cover parts worn by normal use, such as lamps, body paint, rust or logo stickers.
  • The warranty applies only to correct use. Damage from water, drops from a height or other causes that are not a manufacturing fault is not covered.
  • The warranty does not cover mosquito-catching performance, which depends on the area, installation and other factors.
