Legal Terms and Prize Claim Conditions
Names, surnames, phone numbers, and warranty registration numbers are printed according to the number of entries each participant earns, and the draw is conducted in front of a committee and witnesses. Each winner may receive only one prize at most. The committee’s decision is final.
The winner must hold a passport valid for more than 6 months before the travel date, must not be a person prohibited from entering Japan, and must travel only on the dates, times, and itinerary specified.
Winners must claim their prize in person at A New Day Co., Ltd. Head Office within 30 days of the results announcement, bringing their original national ID card plus one copy. Prizes not claimed within this period will be forfeited.
For prizes worth 1,000 baht or more, the winner is responsible for a 5% withholding tax on the prize value, per Revenue Department regulations, as well as any other fees that may apply.
Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred to another person. Employees of A New Day Co., Ltd., its affiliated companies, and their families are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
