This Return, Exchange and Refund Policy explains what to do if your A New Day order arrives damaged or incorrect. For repairs after use, see Product Warranty<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Version 1.0<\/strong> \u00b7 Effective 19 October 2026 \u00b7 Applies only to products bought on anewday.co.th. Products bought on Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop follow that platform’s terms. If the Thai and English versions differ, the Thai version prevails.<\/p>\n

1. Items damaged in transit, wrong items or missing items<\/h3>\n

Please check your order on arrival and tell us within 7 days of receiving it, with your order number and photos or a video of the parcel and the product (we recommend filming while you open the box). Once verified, we will send a replacement or the missing part, or refund you, as you choose. We pay all shipping costs.<\/p>\n

2. Defects after use<\/h3>\n

Covered by our Product Warranty<\/a> (free repair or replacement of parts). If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new unit or an equivalent model.<\/p>\n

3. Returns of non-defective items (change of mind)<\/h3>\n

We do not accept returns or exchanges of non-defective items because of a change of mind, choosing the wrong model, or no longer needing the item. If you are unsure about the right model or area, please ask us<\/a> before ordering.<\/p>\n

This does not affect your rights as a consumer under the Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act B.E. 2545 (2002). To exercise your statutory right to cancel, notify us in writing by email to online@anewday.co.th or by post to our address within 7 days of receiving the goods, and return the goods in the condition you received them, with all accessories and packaging, apart from normal deterioration from inspecting the goods. We will refund you under section 5.<\/p>\n

4. Cancelling before shipment<\/h3>\n

You may cancel your order until it leaves our warehouse by contacting us. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.<\/p>\n

5. Refunds<\/h3>\n

  • Full refund of the amount paid, including shipping, within 15 days of our approving the refund or receiving your cancellation notice under section 3.<\/li>\n
  • Bank transfer payments: refunded to a bank account in the purchaser’s name or the account used to pay. We will only ask for account details by the email or phone number used for the order.<\/li>\n
  • Card or other online payments: refunded to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on your card issuer.<\/li>\n
  • We do not deduct any fees from refunds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    6. How to request a return or replacement<\/h3>\n

    1. Contact online@anewday.co.th or call 02-725-0800 ext. 441 or 601 with your order number and evidence.<\/li>\n
    2. Our team will reply with return instructions.<\/li>\n
    3. Once we receive and check the item, we will confirm the outcome and send a replacement or refund under section 5.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
